I am recently single and have been at my job for about 4months. At my job, the women to men ratio is about 9-1, and out of the 10% of men that work there, probably half of them are gay. I am being heavily pursued by several women, and most of them seem to be married. I'm not really flattered by the situation, more like annoyed with it. I have never gotten myself involved in a relationship with a married woman, and I don't plan on it. I basically am looking for suggestions on how to get them to leave me alone while not looking like a complete jackass.

Some men think when a woman says, "Good morning" that she is pursuing him. It's probably all in your head. Don't worry about it.

Of course, if they're grabbing your a s s, that is a whole nother problem. You might just have to ask them to leave you alone...or pretend you're gay.

Just say no. And keep moving. Don't eat lunch with them. Don't spend time with them. Some husbands own guns. If it flatters you don't be too flattered. There are lots of cheaters out there who don't care as long as you are a man. You are right not to get involved. Shows you have morals. Keep them. Some single girl is going to be very lucky when she finds you. You might turn out to be a faithful husband some day.

Just be yourself. Continue to be friendly to help pass the day. Remember, perhaps you are reading something that isn't there?? I don't know. Just be nice to everyone you meet. A lot of women prefer to be friends with men at the job as opposed to being a friend to a woman co-worker. They too are trying to pass the day in a pleasant manner. Don't be too harsh.

Personally, i'd screw up all their marriages. Tell their husbands, what have you. I hate cheating wives, some justice needs to be done in the world. Might as well use your power for good. think about the poor nice man not suspecting a thing, wouldn't you want to know?

Keep a picture of you and a girl (your sister, perhaps?) on your desk. Wear a ring to work, when you leave take it off. I'd do more things along these lines, if you could. Hope that helps! Good Luck!

I have to be honest with you. I'm an old fashioned guy and I respect the santicty of marriage. I found innapropiate to get closer or be friends with married women. I hope you understand.

Write a blog about your encounters.
Be best friends with the gay employees
Have a "girlfriend" come to work to bring you lunch on your break.

In most work places, that is considered harassment and the people doing that can be disciplined for their actions.

If you are bothered that badly, report them.
