how many times should you "let" her apologize??
apparently you've already accepted the apology.
if she is sincere, accept the apology, whether it is the first time she's apologize or the hundredth.
all sincere apologies should be accepted.

Ooooh, you're mean. No more than 2 times. The guilt that s/he endured during the time of the first apology and the second apology was punishment enough for her (or him).
Don't press it anymore than this. A good friend is hard to find.

look at her true self - is she a nasty person at heart or did she make an error of judgement?
I am 35, i met my best friend when i was 8, I am now about to be her bridesmaid - in the years we have know each other we have hated each other, fought, cried, haven't talked for years at a time. she has been a complete ***** and i have on a number of times 'wiped' her out of my life and i know she has dont the same to me. We always came back together. (sounds like a marriage doesn't it he he he)
How much is the friendship worth? If not much, walk away, if you really click, stick at it and respect yourself enough so she knows she can never hurt you like that again!!

Just once, if you make her grovel then you are not a true friend, if she is sincere you'll know it the first time she says sorry.

Once. Do not dwell on her mistakes. Either forgive her and remain friends-giving her another chance or forgive her and move on-not forgetting what she did.

It sounds like you are trying to get hear to do some brown nosing. Your friend learned her lesson- if I was her I would stop apologizing... who wants to have to kiss an *** for forgivness...no thanks.
