I am surprised that after taking the course and working for 3 years. you haven't noticed where the jobs are. Look back over the last 3 years. What have you observed?

Go to Realtor.com. Look at homes for sale in your area, and click on the agents and offices in that area and look at their website. Pick the top 3-5 office that seem the most interesting to you, and contact them for an interview.

You don't mention your town, county or state, but try checking in with REMax, or other existing offices to start out.
