I want to transfer images from my nokia 6070 to my computer because my inbuilt memery is full...
Is this data transfer possible?

You should be able to do this with the Nokia PC Suite software. I am not sure if this can be done via the IR (infrared)port of your phone you also need a an IR port on your PC anyway (which I doubt if it is not a laptop) - if can't do it by IR you need to get/borrow a data cable.
The PC Suite software can be downloaded free from Nokia Websites
