It wouldn't bother me. It shows you are a healthy eater. It also shows you are thoughtful and considerate. You are 10 times better than someone who picks over each item on their plate and eats a little of each and then wastes most of it. Cooking takes a lot of time, effort, and care. So, if you scrape your plate clean, that is not irritating, but pleasing!

Depends on where you put it. If you scrape it into a to-go box, that's fine. Scrape it on the floor...I'll have an issue with that.

No,actually I think that is respectful.Most men don't empty their plates when they are done eating.It helps out a lot when you go to do the dishes,trust me.Kudos to you for helping out your wife! :)

Yes, dreadfully. I can't stand it. And please don't wipe your plate with your finger and lick it off. It makes me want to vomit.
