Unfortunately there is no easy way to remove spyware. If you download Spybot, it will take off some of the spyware, but there is no such thing as a perfect spyware removal tool. Unless you completely erase your hard drive, chances are you will still have some spyware on your computer.

There are several good Free Anti-spyware/adware tool for you:
spybot search and destroy: http://www.safer-networking.org
AVG anti-spyware: http://www.grisoft.com
Top 5 anti-spywares: http://www.remove-spywares.info
You can download and scan your computer for free.
P.S.:Make sure you have 1 or 2 antispyware on your computer and 1 antivirus and also 1 firewall.

Two programs: Spybot S&D and AdAware. They're both free for personal use and are absolutely foolproof.
I recommend them to every customer that comes into my store looking for spyware solutions.
