Nothing necessarily wrong with that. She should get married to the father. Plenty of places permit first cousins to marry. It is not incest. The following permit it:-

This is not new. As long as the cousin acknowledge the baby, but marriage, i guess that will be a great issue. The baby is the innocent victim of this circumstance, so they really have to be responsible about it. But unfortunately, many will admit this is something that is morally wrong, again if their decision is to get married, then you do not have anything to do with it.

umm...she might want to think about the "a" word, just go save herself and the family from the embarrassment, also the child if she/he ever enters the world. Think about all the torture they might go through, don't forget the might have genetic problems due to such close gene relationship.

uhmm and this happened how??i mean there baby is probably gunna be retarded but its your friends life i know id probably kill my friend but its there choice and wat happened happened and hopefully shell make the right choice and give the baby away and forget all this but its her choice just remember that and try not to get in the way to much i know your care about her but dont get to into it and loose her
