try looking up kegels on the internet to find out. one thing you can do is locate you PC muscle. (it has a long scientific name but look up PC muscle and you'll find some results) place your fingers directly behind your testicles while urinating then stop the flow. if you feel a slight jump or twinge, that's the PC muscle. you should only do this to locate your PC, if you keep flexing it while you urinate you may give yourself an infection.
once you found the muscle start giving it 20 quick little squeezes three times a day. this will help strengthen the muscle. after doing this for about 2 weeks, try squeezing the muscle and holding it for about 5 seconds and then slowly releasing it over the next 5 seconds. if you can't do it right away keep doing the 20 quick squeezes.

Kegel exercises are actually really easy to do. The hardest part is finding the muscle that the exercises focus on, but there are several ways to find it.
The first way is when you're urinating, try temporarily stopping the flow of urine by clamping down on the muscle that controls urine flow. Another way is to first get an erection, then kind of "flex" your erection so more blood pumps into it and it kinda jumps. Both of these ways find the same muscle that the Kegel exercises focus on; once you've found the muscle, you can exercise it anywhere so you don't have to be urinating or have an erection to do it.
Now the easy part. Once you've found it, just tense the muscle for a few seconds, then let it relax for a few seconds, then tense it again, repeating the process for a few minutes each day. Over time you'll want to try to keep it tensed for longer during each exercise so you'll have more control over the muscle.
Another thing you could try at the same time to remedy premature ejaculation is the "stop and go" technique. Basically, slowly masturbate until you feel like you're about to ejaculate then stop all stimulation (stop touching your penis if necessary) until that feeling completely goes away. Then start masturbating slowly again until the feeling comes back and stop again. Bring yourself close to ejaculating and stopping before you actually do several times before finally allowing yourself to ejaculate. The first several times you try this you may fail and just ejaculate, or ejaculate a little with a little semen leaking out. Don't get frustrated over this and just keep trying - it takes time and practice.

Lol you just squeeze your asshole for a few seconds (or minutes) and release. Nothing complex. (it feels like when you stop having a wee midstream (or it might be the same thing i cant remember, in any case its easy))
