Josh - you seem to lack certain types of knowledge in life, thus, having almost no common sense!
To your question: "Does Christianity teach you guys how to pick and choose your way through life? "
The answer is, YES you bonehead! The Lord gives us choices in our lives and it is up to us as to which route we follow. Go back to school or just abort yourself man and leave answers to people with educated answers or views.
just plain jim - Partial birth abortion, look it up. The baby is almost 90% out of the body when a doctor murders the child with permission of the conspiriting mother. The premeditation was definitely one hour before the fact and since the baby wasn't technically "born" during the procedure then Paul, not "chief" you racist, is right!

It is murder. People should think about the consequences and plan their own lives more carefully. I think too many use abortion as a form of birth control when in fact it is taking a precious life. That is so sad. I don't know where their minds or hearts are. I also don't know why someone would not consult with the father either. Both people should be responsible.

We don't kill babies after they are born.
Actually, I think that if the man ready to step up and take the baby once it is born the mother should consider that option before considering abortion. I am pro-choice, but I think all other options should be considered first.
As far as a wrongful death suit, the woman would have to have something to sue for, if she can't afford to raise a child, she probably doesn't have anything to sue for.

listen man your not gonna change anyone's mind with this dribble if anything your making us pro choice supporters support abortion more it's a personal choice that you'll never ever have to make so jump off that band wagon and leave us alone and my husband did support me when we had an abortion he wasn't ready either and now 20 years later we have two great kids no regrets no guilt so give it a rest, most of the men out there who so oppose abortion are not gonna be there anyway for the mom or baby so if they want to file a wrongful death suit be our guest i think your off your rocker pal

With as many types of birth control out there...And as smart as you think Americans would be thanks to Education, Education, Education...and there's always the abstinence feature we have available within ourselves.....
In matters of Rape, or Medical problems that could endanger the Mother or defects during pregancy that would emotionally destroy the mother at birth should the baby not make it..... or does with great distress placed on all those involved I agree
on abortion for those reasons only.....
We are no longer in a society of closet hiders who bear shame if a single person becomes preg.....If they don't want children there are preventions listed above....

your question is a little short i believe your asking after a baby is born its murder but why is it legeal to terminate a baby during its fist trymester... I think that yes the father should be able to go after the mother for murder it was her choice to spread her legs she should reap what she sews.. the only times i legealise abortion is if the person is raped or there are health issues for either the mother or child... any other time no the baby should be allowed to takes its first breath first steps and live a health life.. its not legeal for me to kill my dad cause i dont want to be his daughter but its legeal to kill a baby because a mother does not want it... It is not a political issue to begin with...
and the fathers right do not get the attention they deserve
but no woman should be forced to bear a child she doesn't want
a wrongful death suit just opens the door for a ton of litigation which we do not need ..we need less court room drama...
we need to some how curb unwanted pregnancies before they get to the point of abortion/ no abortion

sure its a womans choice, but it should be discussed with her partner if applicable.
of course there is other options, but maybe they are not those dont fit for their lives. for some people, they dont have any other choice, and you do not get to determine what seems fit.
maybe you dont get that, and thats fine. we are allowed to have our difference of opinions.
this is a choice the mother has to deal with for all of her life, and, it is her choice.
open your eyes please and note, not everyone can be as perfect as you.
if a man wants to sue, he should be able to, but a wrongful death suit? i dont agree. its not illegal, so they arent going to put her in jail, so come up with something else he can sue for.

The choice was made in the bed before conception. It takes two people to create a life it should take the choice of two people to destroy that life.
If a woman does not want to get pregnant she should make the choice to not do those things that would get her pregnant. If she is unable to control herself and must have sexual relations she should ensure that she does not get pregnant. There are only two ways that are 99% or greater affective. Tying of the tubes or a complete hysterectomy.
The sperm donor should have a say in what happens to the outsome of HIS Sperms work.
