Tell your friend (it's always a friend with the problem) to go out and buy a 4, 5 or 6" magnaifine glass, no pills.
Caution: Do not used under direct Sun-light, skin irritation or burring of the skin may occur.

Research Jelqing on google (can't put links due to graphic content). But this method works. You don't need pills or surgery. Try this for 2 weeks and I promise you will see a difference.

If the penis is hiding admist a forest of pubic hairs / trim the hairs back (down to 1/8 or 1/4) / its HAIR - it will grow back / smaller shrubery around the equipment will make the equipment APPEAR LARGER
