i dont think it would be consider assault if i was defending me my family or my pride. but i would physically fu*k some one up real quick especially if they messed with my grandma.....thats one time i would go to jail and not care what anyone says

MAN, yes I would!!! If this beeotch ever walks up on my house again starting some drama because she doesn't like me because our kids' father DOES, I will finish it for her. My legal defense would be that I felt threatened, and she was trespassing. I cannot stand that trifling child-neglecting retarded heffa.

to assault someone indicates that you are attacking them...no I would not...I would however defend myself or the things I love violently if I had to

I have. I hit my aunt because she and my dad were in an argument and she accused him of being a poor father which just wasn't true and it made me mad. I got arrested for disorderly conduct and got 3 years probation.

I agree with the others--if my kids or other loved ones were being harmed...NO DOUBT! I wouldn't even flinch--that person would bear the brunt of my wrath!!

Yes, if someone hurt my children, husband or any other immediate family member----------but the main reason would be over my children.
