my car runs good buy when i come to a stop my car doesnt stop buy you can see the idle dip and then go back up and then dip and go back up buy when it drives its great any help??

Sounds like the cruise control switch at the brake peddle has come loose and is not turning off the cruise control and that is why it wants to take right off again.You can turn the cruise control off at the steering column switch and see if that is the problem.

A number of causes can give these symptoms. One is that the AC is cycling on and off, if it is low on freon. That is most likely the problem. Take it to Autozone or somewhere like that and see if you have any error codes that can pinpoint the problem for you . good luck

Sounds like a sticky idle air control valve. Have it replaced.
