By accident I bought extra stregth tylenol, its 500mg each, if I have a headache could i take just one, and would be okay, or should i go out and buy a regular one. Need answer fast, sorry, im not pushy, just that cabs picking me up in 20 minutes. Thanks all. Anyone else feel like they got punched in the eye and it hurts. I didnt hit anything its just sore. Thank you

Uuugh that punched in the eye thing sounds like a migraine. The only time I got them was while pg. Drink some caffeine now! That helps heed them off, and is less of a "drug" than other drugs.
Also it looks like an adult dose of tylenol is 650mg, so you're right on with one 500mg.

I've always been told Tylenol extra strength was fine - you just have to watch how many you take total in a day --

Well if the headache is bad, then take it. My OB perscribed me Tylonal 3's with Codine during pregnancy more then once and she said it wont hurt the baby.
