OK, you don't say how old they are. I am assuming that she is between 14 and 18? The brother? 16 and 20?
First, lock the door or block it. Second, say NOTHING! Pretend it did not happen, and hope he gets over it.
I am not saying this next part as if to say that all young men are this way but here is an example..
But be warned, once a sibling has seen something like this MANY NASTY things can and do happen!
My friend Mary had a similar situation occur to her and instead of forgetting what he had seen..he sexually abused her. Nothing was sacred, he used her like a porn star and she became pregnant with his child at 17. When she reported it to her parents, after 2 years of abuse, they threw him in jail!
It can happen and does happen, please tell her to take precautions and LOCK THE DOOR!
Boys are boys, and they can get nasty if they are in need. Sisters can be easy prey, and not expect it or see it coming.
BUT NOT ALL OF the young men do this, mind you!
If however, he forgets...or says nothing. Go have sex in the park, in the dark...much better that way and romantic too!

Maybe she should find a new place to have sex, instead of at her house?
I don't think I ever had sex in my house when I was a teenager. Wayyyy to easy to get caught by parents/siblings.
WhaT would I do? Well, there really isn't much that can be done, except lock the door, or do it elsewhere as I expressed above.

we all get caught by some one some time in your life..family friends even your children..as long as know one says anything..leave it be..just lock or block the door next time

I would lock the door to start with.......it's not that hard and doesn't take long at all! She deserved it if you don't know how to lock the door then you deserve whatever you get.
