I'm sorry you are unable to do sex. Dont bother with the pills, change your diet. Pills are often only a temporary fix. Diet changes are for the long term and often for the best.

There are many reasons why you may not be able to perform sex. I wonder if you have had a full health check. Many medications such as blood pressure tablets, depression treatments can effect potency. Also many conditions can effect it such as diabetes, high cholesterol and heart disease. There is also the fact that often it can be effected by your own mind as the more pressure you put yourself under the less likely you can be to perform. There is also the possibility that you may have some underlying worries about sex that you have not addressed ie. will i satisfy, am i big enough, I don't really like her/ him. A good diet will help your overall health and doing things like pelvic floor exercises ( look up Kegel) by improving the blood flow to the area will help. If your doc does not have time or the specialist expertise you should ask to see a specialist in erectile function, they are free on the NHS, I know as i am one.

Its a bummer that you are unable to have sex but I think with a good diet, daily unstrenuous exercise, like walking, will do you the world of good. And then when YOU feel up to it, let it go and have a bloody fantastic time.
