Actually, I find it scarey that cable news is becoming more polarized. I find most of them a waste of time because you can imagine how each pundit is going to take a stand on an issue because of their political party.
I really wish that the far right should take over the republican party, the far left should take over the democratic party and everyone in the middle ( most Americans ) should create a new party that would actually get some thing accomplished.

Sure. I guess so. But the fact is that it has always been this way. There is this myth floating around that somehow the media was fair and biased throughout history, but that simply is not true. In fact, at times in our history newspapers have dictated politics, rather than politics dictating news. At least that isn't true anymore for the most part. The truth is that polarization exists and has always existed, even in the United States. Look at the 1960s and 70s. Look at the Civil War and Reconstruction. Look at the Tories during the Revolutionary War. The news is polarized, but that is only a reflection of the political reality of our country.

Actually, its terrible. I can’t even read most of them, and the ones that I do read sometimes go to far. Problem is that the vast majority of the media is extremely left wing, and anything that reports differently, or even slightly to the right gets labeled as fanatics. At the end of the day, there is no one that you can really trust. Sad that the media can’t just report the news, instead of reporting bits and pieces to present an opinion, or just straight out twisting it.

yes the media has gotten bad one both sides, adding opinons after telling a story, or using loaded questions to make someone look bad, it's really dissapointing.
People are always calling Fox on it, but ABC, CBS, & especially PBS who is publicly funded she also be held accountable for their media bias.
