I love them both but Elton John is more diversified. His lyrics are also better, though Cat Stevens rules as well.

Elton John is a much better performer, but he didn't even write the lyrics to most of his songs. Cat Stevens wins on that count. But, I'm going to go with Elton.

Elton John is more talented he even wrote a musical. But I like Cat Stevens lyrics and songs more.

I'd have to say Elton cos I'm a huge fan! He was awesome last year when I saw him live.
Mind you I like Cat Stevens stuff too!
