My husband's uncles sent us $500. I put it in my savings account and apparently my bank had closed my bank account and transferred the money back into my checking and I didn't realize it b/c they did it the same day my pay check was deposited. I spent it on bills. Any ideas on how to get $500 quick?

Tell your husband the truth. If you married wisely, he will be understanding. If he's a hothead, perhaps you can borrow the money from a friend or relative? If you have excellent credit maybe withdraw from a credit card or try getting a small bank loan? If you have something of value, maybe run a 1 day or 2 day auction on ebay?
