I can't even imagine life without it but I guess I would tend to listen to more Southern Gospel music.

SILENCE, lol. Probably rock and roll from my generation (70's - 80's), Oldies rock from the 50's and 60's. Gospel, blues, Southern folk and blue grass, basically all the components that make up REAL country music, and not this crap they try to call country now a days.

I can't imagine life without country music either. It is my favorite type of music, but i like all kinds of music as you may remember, since i think we've bumped heads before. ha ha. After country it would have to be southern rock, the blues, bluegrass, and good old rock and roll. And I like metal.Yikes! I'd choose country over metal all day every day without thinking twice though.

I agree with Tim R above. Country music isn't what it used to be. I'll still listen to country if I can find a station playing older hits, but I mostly listen to rock now. I'm into bands that haven't really hit the mainstream yet.

Probably my classic rock/new rock I'm also into... The lines between the two can get blurry at times as even the musicians of rock love country and the opposite is the case also

I listen to and make (I am a musician) contemporary christian music but I was raised on classic country music and still enjoy "cuttin the rug" once in a while.
