Mr. Bungle- just about any song is good
Faith No More- Kindergarten or Stripsearch, excellent tunes
U2- anything off Rattle & Hum or Achtung Baby
Coldplay- anything they have done is good as well

I have a lot, but personally I like Mariah Carey's songs:
1. One Sweet Day- About her boyfriend died. A really pretty song
2. Shake It Off- A great tune, an awesome beat, one that just gets you up when you're down
3. We Belong Together- A kinda sad song, but still, a terrific beat

Fall Out Boy, Carpal Tunnel of Love, most of fall out boys songs are good and they have a fun beat
