People feel it is their job to warn you and tell you everything wrong with what you are doing. These irritating people should just sign their death certificate and go sit in the corner and wait.

haha! Yes, I totally agree too many people often feel the need to correct me and I think they should just mind their business. If I wanted their advice I would ask. They just need to life their life and I'll live mine!!

It depends on who it is that is telling you that. If it is a spouse or a parent I would understand, but anyone else maybe not.
