I give five stars to you for this question. But sorry dear not I but Mrs. Menaka Gandhi is the best person to answer this question after all she is head of the Protection of Animal organization, mind you there is a provision in the Indian penal code section 428 which provides as Whoever commits mischief by killing, poisoning, maiming or
Rendering useless any animals or animal of the value of the ten rupees
Or upwards, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description
For a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
So if the value of these flies & mosquitoes individually is more then Rs10/- then no one will be able to save you for this heinous crime of killing them. Rest contacts Mrs.Menaka Gandhi for more details.

Well, pal, you have already mutilated the English language, your question has mangled spellings pleading for mercy and oozing spelling goo....
Flies and mosquitoes should be protected as soon as their numbers become so rare that they pose a threat to the natural food-chain of other animals.
Until that day, swat and spray away....
but pesticides also kill bees and butterflies......

your right lets not kill them...
do you have any idea how many people have died from diseases spread by flies , mosquito's and fleas ???
If we let them go uncontrolled in the next few years the amount of people killed by them would make all the world wars look like a small gang war.
But maybe we should let them live and people die ..we wouldn't want to be cruel to insects

There is a symbiotic relationship between the individuals & the element of idea of protection is also governed by it. if u want to invite infection/ disease then of course u should

*yeah !!!!! They would have been protected ;
but since u say under ''animal'' rights, its not possible !!!!!!!
Cause they are insects !!!!! So we shd draft some clause for protection of insects too !!!
PS ---- on a serious note, since they are harmful to humanity, they shd be destroyed.
Afterall it has to be the survival of the fittest!
