If you are a girl just imagine yourself as Cinderella and describe what your dress looks like. If you are not a female then ask one.
Here is my version of myself as Cinderella.
My hair is red not blond (actually it's grey and was brunette)
It's quite long........ waist length It is topped with pale pink ribbons with long side streamers.
My gown is made of shimmering pearl organza with a petticoat made of yards and yards of chiffon ruffles. It looks like the moon at night with the candles picking up the shimmer of the fabric. It's floor length with a slightly longer in the back length. The dress was designed by me and my seamstress. It is a true vision of white beauty dotted with seed pearls.
Ah! thats enough.
P.S.
It looked as if she was on a cloud when she floated into the ballroom. All heads turned to see the magnificient beauty of the red haired girl as she entered the ballroom and was quickly greeted by several suitors all wanting their names on the dance card. Even the the other girls could not quit staring at her beauty and her gown.

Describe what the girl looks like (glorious brown hair that shines in the sunlight, for example), then describe the dress (pale blue that resembles the sky on a clear day, for example), and then discuss the background (the ball). For example, 'As she and her handsome partner waltzed around the room, they passed a swirl of dancers who were dancing like angels' or something like that. Oh, and I suggest watching 'Anne of Green Gables' :) She always puts me in an imaginative mood. Good luck!
God Bless!
