Are majorities the new minorities?

In America there are so many minority celebrations now that it seems people have forgotten what it's like to be part of the majority.

Why not just celebrate being alive regardless of skin color, heritage, religion, etc.?

I completely agree... Instead of having special awards for Latino or Black accomplishments, why not just stop the self-segregation altogether??
