Mike Morgan is the other, winning his first game in 1979 and picking up his last victory in 2002:

They're the only two pitchers to accomplish this feat. Only four players played from the 1970s to the 2000s, and the other two were position players - Rickey Henderson and Tim Raines.

The only other pitchers in MLB history to win in four decades were Nolan Ryan and Jack Quinn.

Orosco is definitely one of them. He won 1 game in 1979 for the Mets and his last in 2003 for the Padres.
