There are a few Prestige Classes out there that allow you to keep your Monk Levels, but not many.

The Tatooed Monk is one (from Complete Warrior).
I believe the Sacred Fist (from Defenders of The Faith) is another.
Finally, the Fist of Zuoken is a class that I'm sure allows you to keep going as a Monk.

Aside from that, consider looking into some of the Feats from Complete Warrior and/or Complete Divine; there are Feats that allow you to combine Monk and Paladin levels when determining your effective Monk Level. You may be able to stack other Classes this way as well.

To my knowledge, no.

However, there are prestige classes that will allow you to gain additional Monk "powers" and/or gain effective levels as a Monk. I believe there is one that allows you to add your PrCl level to your Monk level to find your effective level as a monk.
