I doubt some of the numbers (a 300 bench but only a 355 squat? If that's true then your legs need work) you give but it sounds like you are not on the varsity now. 6'3" and only 215 is rather tall and skinny. Decent numbers for high school but I'd give up on the TB/FB stuff, if you have any hopes of playing past high school your speed will never get you any further at those positions.

Weights are great. Eat, Drink, and Sleep football. Your speeds are good but there is always room to improve that 40 yd. dash. You should always be working to get faster, believe me you will thank me if and when you move on to the next level. Keep up the good work!!

matters good height but you need to get heavier if u want to be linebacker, 230 or 245. Your 40 is already NFL ready and same with height. You should stick to D and not worry about running back. u r to small to play end. U should try putting on 15 pounds by freshmen year of college and go to georgia for college

your 40 is a little slow but just run track this season after football. and squat is weak its only 55lbs more then your bench. You should be squatting like 425 to 450 but every thing else is good. One more thing no more running back or fullback your way to tall.

sounds pretty good, but measures of absolute strength are not necessarily a good indicator of how successful of an athlete you will be. you should be really be concerned with quickness/speed and agility, and putting on some lean body mass.
weightlifting is merely a tool to help you accomplish this.

You don't list your desire! Are you willing to run threw a wall to get a ball carrier. How well can you two guys trying to block you at once? How well to you use your hands? Do you try to out think the linemen against you ,or do you try to out muscle them.

That sounds decent. With your height and maybe 10 lbs. your the prototype LB.
