Yes. And there is loads of skill involved, the angle, the height, and how hard. How pink you can make the area, and how much the recipient can enjoys it.

Would this be a team sport, ie each entry is a spankee and a spanker? Or would it be a solo sport with each entrant being spanked and spanking?
You could score it on the number of spanks issued in a given time and /or the loudest cries from the person being spanked.
It would be an ideal TV sport as plenty of opportunities for action replays and slow motion replays. I bet it would get the largest viewing figures.
