There is a pregnancy test which claims to be accurate as early as five days prior to the first missed period, by detecting a hormone that is present by that time. I guess whether they can know in five days depends on when the sexual activity occurred in relation to when the missed period would be.

Well, if you are not trying to get pregnant, and you have an accident during sex, around the time your ovulating.....you probably would be worried about being pregnant, and by day 5, if your boobs hurt or any thing on your body felt differently, you would probably say, i'm pregnant, and than after a couple weeks, be able to confirm that or not.

A blood test MAY show that soon but is is HIGHLY unlikely to. But they wont have found a doctor willing to give them one that soon.
