I tend to take Tylenol for headaches and Advil for other pains.

For basic headaches I usually take two Advil and I feel better in about 30 minutes.
Midol works great for cramps and kicks in really quickly.

When I have a stomache ache i take Advil 2

A warm hot water bottle placed against my head sometimes helps dull the pain as well.

i take 2 advils & if it doesnt work, i make it 3

Tylenol is better for you. Advil and other NSAID's are murder on your kidneys.

Ibuprofen and Head On for headaches.That stuff really works for me,try it!
