ideas for presentation n layout of project on chocolates?

hi, i'm doing a project on chocolates titled 'chocolates- a study' n need some ideas as to how to present it in an attractive form(cover,illustrations,writing etc). topics included r - history,evolution,ingredients,varieties,famous brands etc.

Do the cover in brown and graphics like a chocolate bar...? Chocolate samples never hurt !! Do a survey on who likes what kinds of chocolate? (Dark/Milk/White) etc... Do a graph. You can get pretty creative. Is it a presentation or just a "project" ? There's a surge towards gourment chocolates- like Godiva...
