Have your iron and thyroid levels checked by a doctor. You could be anemic or have hypothyroidism. Both can make you excessively tired. Try eating more lean beef, spinach, and whole grains to get more iron. Consider taking a supplement too, because some women don't absorb iron well. So even eating 100% of your requirements isn't enough sometimes.

I have sleep apnea, and I had the same problem until I started getting treatment. I'm overweight (but that's not always the case with others), and I was snoring very loudly--apparently because I was gasping for breath. A flap of skin in your throat blocks off your breathing, and you wake up gasping for air. You may not remember it--I didn't, but when I went in for a sleep test, they discovered that I stopped breathing for 15 seconds at a time over 170 times in 4 hours! My doctor got me a CPAP machine, which keeps a constant airflow going into your lungs and keeps that flap from dropping down, and I got one of the best night's sleep that I'd had in years!
Do you wake up feeling even more tired than you were when you went to bed? Do your eyes burn? Are you having trouble concentrating? These are all symptoms. Check with your doctor, and have him prescribe a sleep test. They're expensive, but they're covered by insurance, and since sleep apnea can even cause strokes or heart attacks, it's worth it.

Well unless you have mono, it's your diet. I know this b/c I have the same problem and I have horrible eating habits. I don't drink enough water, eat all the wrong foods and rarely exercise. Sounds awful doesn't it!?!?! I'm surprised I'm not a blimp. Luckily I have a high metabolism. So, work on your diet/exercise and chances are you will notice a change. Or just start drinking Red Bull everyday lol.

Ask someone around you if you snore when you sleep. IF so then sleep apnea may be the problem and your doctor can refer you for evaluation If not see your doctor for a checkup. Fatigue or tiredness can have many causes.

Iron deficiency in women does this A LOT. Go to your doctor and get him to take blood and test your iron levels. If it turns out you have low iron, you'll be asked to either readjust your diet, or take an iron supplement pill.
