who are more required for india today --- engineers or beaurocrats or politicians?

India has at present quite good economic growth but development of industry in global respect is still to upgrade .

IMHO, there has never been a shortage of bureaucrats or politicians anywhere, anytime, any how.
With globalization there is virtually no limit to the number of engineers that India can supply to the world.
