Never, I am still friends with almost every women I had relationships with including ex-wife. If you say I love you it should be forever. If you burn your bridges that speaks volumes about who you are.

Sometimes it's the only thing to do. I just burned one of mine. I was holding on to a love tht would never return. I know now that keeping those memories locked up inside me was only making me a prisoner. A prisoner of someone who no longer cared. So I held a sale. And got rid of all the excess baggage I had been carrying around. I've burned that bridge now, and with God's grace I can move on.

Nope....never know when my path needs to travel back down it. Life has no roadmaps, only ideas on where we want to go. Sometimes I run, sometimes I rest, sometimes I may take a taxi. Ever want to ride in a taxi that's about to plunge into a raging river because you've burned the bridge?

Since I notoriously have had a nack for ending up with "some" shady folks in my life some how, I pretty much blow them up.
