I want to know the diffrence in channeling a spirit and being a medium.

mediums acutally talk to the dead they contact.
channeling is when the spirit is talking or doing something thr someone

What is channelled, Mrs. W, need not be from an identifiable individual entity, whereas, a medium is a person who claims to speak to the "spirits" of people who were at one time alive as humans on this plane.
I have experienced the former, but have kept well away from the latter.

One is the act a medium performs, the other is the title you give that person. A medium channels spirits.
