Depends upon if one or the other was in heat.
Then it would be a real nice horned flying horse as a progeny.
So they would both win. And we would have a new mythological creature to write stories about.

A pegasus is built more to run away (flight) where the unicorn is built for the actual battle. The pegasus would have a survival advantage over the unicorn as it can just fly away, however the horn on the unicorn means that if they were forced to fight, the unicorn would win. The pegasus is just not built for battle IMO

...You just hit on a subject I've been writing on for years. Yikes. Creepy.
A unicorn. Why? While a pegasus could fly, unicorns are built so that they could keep up with them while on the ground. Unicorns also have that one extra violent tool as opposed to pegasi.
