Let's hope so--but it's unfortunate that you have to be considered liberal if you defend the Constitution the country was based on in the first place. After all, the right to habeus corpus is for all Americans, not just ones BUSH has decided aren't "enemy combatants."

Not hope in hell for the next 20-30 yrs. Liberal justices are the old ones right now. We'll be lucky if the are replaced with the same.
