Cell phone motorola razr?

Question

Where can I find info on how to use this phone. Specifically the voice note mode. I want to use it to somehow records hours on a particular project. These hours start and stop at varying points and I want to get them individually recorded so I can then figure the entire time spent on the project. I thought the phone might be the way to go due to it's convenience. Also,before you suggest it..the manual is useless. Thanks.
