You should go to a fertility clinic, at least to find out what the problem could be. I've heard of many couples who were normal, but it just took them a while to conceive.

try and relax (hard I know). It can take a normal healthy couple up to a year to get pregnant. If after a year, you still aren't pregnant then a trip to the dr to discuss your options and to try an dfind out why is what you should do :)
some things you can do on your own is educate yourself on your cycle and fertility. It can greatly increase your change of pregnancy if you know when and if you are ovulating. Also starting a healthy lifestyle if you haven't already. I know that I have fertility issues but even losing 13 lbs helped me get pregnant. Good luck

8 months is not really that long although I know it feels that way (speaking from experience) It also depends on if you were taking birth control pills, they can take a long time to clear out of your body
I would wait until you have been trying 12 months (depending on your age) and then go and see a specialist. Try not to worry, lots of couples can take quite a while to conceive but if you feel you really cant wait any longer contact a Doctor and have your mind put at rest.
Good Luck to you both!

I know exactly how you feel and my husband and I have been trying for only three months!!!
Have you tried charting your fertility or using ovulation test strips to help you time intercourse? That can help a lot. Try the website http://www.mymonthlycycles.com which can help you keep track of BBT Temps, cervical mucous, as well as when you get your period and such.
In a couple of months if you and your fiance are still trying, make an appointment with an OBGYN. he or she may be able to help you two out.
Good luck! I hope your time comes soon!!!!!!!

Make an appt at a feritliy clinic. This will help you relax. Fertility clinics are so busy that you probably will have a appt a month or two away. If you get pregnant before that just cancel the appt. Only they can tell you if either of you have a problem.

Go to the doctor. It can take a 'healthy' couple up to two years to conceive so don't worry yet, but if there is a problem it would be best to know sooner rather than later. There may be suggestions that the doctor can make, such as quitting smoking, changing diet to improve your husband's sperm count. Alternatively, you can take drugs that help you ovulate if that's a problem. If it's something else your doctor may suggest IVF. I really feel for you, good luck

I just started charting on Fertilityfriend.com, it was some advice I had from another TTC board I belong to. Me and my fiance have been TTC for 3 months, so far no luck.
Most drs won't do any inferitily testing till you have been trying for a year, I read that it can take a completly heathy couple up to a year to concieve

You've only been trying for 8 months? Give it some more time, the average lies around one year. So no need for fertility treatment yet. Just enjoy each other and relax, babies will come. You can go to your doctor's when you haven't succeeded in 2 years.

Make sure that your wife isn't drinking or eating low-fat or non-fat dairy. The stress and pressure of making a baby can interfere with reproduction. Try to just enjoy one another and make sex pleasant for the both of you. If after 4 months, you still haven't gotten her pregnant, go see a doctor. After you've tried and failed for one year, it is considered infertility. Good luck!

Relax a bit, sometimes trying too hard is the problem and hitting it just right. Give it some more time..You can also get fertility testing to double check.. Good luck
