Cats...
They we viewed as extremely important icons of some of the goddesses in Egypt. Scarabs were also found in tombs, but I dont think you can mummify em

Scarabs might be a little difficult, given their size, and I've never heard of mummified oxen or camels, but several mummified cats have been found. The Egyptians worshipped cats, and often mummified them and offered them as sacrifices to the gods.

Male oxen (bulls= Apis, the bull) and cats; both were believed to be holy animals. Scarabs are dung beetles and carved art forms of scarabs were used as jewelry items and signified rising from the dead to live again (coming up out of the dung). Camels were used as beasts of burden, but not seen as heavenly animals. They are filthy, spitting, noisy, and biting animals, not fit for an egyptian's palace.

Egyptions whould often mummify their cats when the owner died so the anwer is cats!

I'm guessing cats; the Egyptians worshipped cats, they were sacred animals to them.

All of them. Cats were considered sacred pets, but cattle was also considered sacred and nothing went to waste.
