yes its normal. Im 22 weeks and some days I find myself sleeping a lot and very well and there will be days that i will toss and turn throughout the night but it's rare. Towards the end of pregnancy you tend to be more exhausted than you were before...so you sleep more. That's perfectly normal

For some yes more sleep those who can't it is probably due to some uncomfortable-ness. Sleep all you can, it is good for the baby and for your body and also if this is your first, you will never get the chance to sleep like this again. ever because after having a baby, your mom ears never turn off and you hear every little sound for the rest of your life. I slept like a log until I had kids, now I'm 56 and it has never happened since before I had them :)

I'm not very long, but I'm sure if I wasn't getting up 3 times in a night to pee and didn't wake my self up every time I roll over (my breasts are VERY SORE!) I'm sure I could sleep really well also. Love it while you can. You aren't going to be sleeping through the night real soon!

yes. wait til you get further and you will get restless, but then again everyone is different. if you are very active you will have no problems getting to sleep. some people lounge around all day and expect to feel tired.
