The main one is the Tullamarine (Melbourne) International Airport, Which is where all the airlines except some flights of JetStar fly to.

There's another airport which is actually in a suburb of Geelong - it is called Avalon Airport. JetStar's flights that does not fly to Tullamarine fly here. It is around 40 minutes from the CBD. To get to the CBD from there follow the signs to beach road (The carpark is off Beach Road) and take the entrance to the M1 towards the CBD and take Power Street exit and turn right to queens bridge which will lead you to the CBD.
