Science and the scientific method are a way of thinking, going back to a philosophical exercise. Deductive and Inductive reasoning. Much of how we think and learn is reduced to that, and it is worth the time to take a course on it in college (I believe it is a requirement in most institutions.

What's to prove? Physics relies on the principle of 'cause and effect' and does not allow for magic or supernatural beings.

physics is related to our daily lifee, it gives the basic theories of our lif so that we can think of them , search them , make a research over it, develop some criteria to solve the problems , to make life easy, our life is easy today because our ancestors like newton , Faraday, Galileo thought about that, and made an easy approach to physics &life , they found friction , thought about it , triedto decrease it to save energy&today we have a lot of accessories to reduce friction , save power&increase efficency, so it is easy now for u to understand, why physics is a way of thinking
