Is it true that you can spray Lysol around your bed to keep spiders off the bed?

I have used lysol around my house many times and so far it has kept all kinds of insects away i had ants crawling on the drain board and spraying Lysol on a cloth and wiping the drain board with liquid Lysol keeps the ants away
