Try and make changes in my life that make the situation better. Sadness is a time for quiet reflection and tough decisions on my life, and changes to create a more positive future. I really believe sadness has a great purpose if you use it properly.

I kind of go into to a state of silence when I'm sad i shut out everyone and just don't talk much i also get really frustrated that i can't make my self happy at a click of a finger like most people want me to

See a comedy film alone and after the film go to the temple and attend a prayers session.

Doing back flips in the air and jumping up and down.....
Of course if i was sad then i would be unhappy, crying, or going to my bedroom or whatever..
