The difference is that, in George Bush's case, the "dumb act" isn't. And the only religion that Dubya has found is in the Church of Self-Absorbed Arrogant Dictatorship, which he, of course, founded. Dubya sort of reminds one of the late Anton La Vey, founder of the Church of Satan.
