Final Fantasy 12: Levelling up help?

I am right at the end of the game (about to fight the undying - lost to him the fist time round and haven't tried him since) and have just been exploring the game - sky pirates den, best weapons and armour, espers etc. etc. And my 3 main characters (vaan, fran, basch) are all around lv.75 and are good but my other 3 characters are all under lv.20! They all have v. good weapons etc. but they die so quickly when faced with any opposition that might give them any more than 3 exp.! Any advice on getting them to level up quicker and more easily - bearing in mind i can go more or less anywhere?

Honestly, if your main characters are lvl 75, you are over-leveled to beat "The Undying". I was only lvl 45, and never had to use my back-up party. You may want to check your gambit set-up, this can be a life-saver. If you feel you must level some more, the secret area of the Henne Mines (which is opened by the Geomancer from Jahara when you get 10 espers), the lower areas of the Pharos (Penumbra, Umbra, and Abyssal), the Nabreus Deadlands, and the Necrohol of Nabudis all offer decent EXP. But these places will be quite difficult for your lower-level party. Also, make sure you have embroidered tippets equipped for double EXP.

Also, when fighting "The Undying", make sure you cast bubble, protect, shell, haste, and bravery on your party members.

why don't you go to the east henne mine(they have level 60 enemies that give 3000 exp regularly) and have one of your strong party members and two weak ones and have the two weaker ones equipped with the embodied tippet and have the higher level cast decoy on himself so the enemies will attack him and not the weaker ones
