the making/creating implementing of terror.
Basically it's about terror. Anyone that causes terror is a terrorist literally.
Terrorist cause terror because no one knows when it will come, or where, so people are in fear. And the media likes to heighten this fear, which is bad, because this benefits the terrorists more.
If no one knew about any bombings etc then the terror factor wouldnt be there, and the terror wouldnt work.
Terrorsits rely on the media to tell the people, and the people put pressure on the government, and the terrorists hope that the govt targeted will give them what they demand.
