Why is it that whenerver you criticise the actions of Isreal to the treatment of Palestinians people instantly label you as being "anti-semitic".
I have my own opinion on this case...but to me they play the "ant-semitic" card too much, we in the UK are in a democracy & I have the right to criticise any actions I see that are unjust.
Before any states that I am, I need to say that I am not anit-semitic I am just portraying my opinion

I agree. Anything said about how the Zionist have made Israel an Apartied state, or how they are commiting genocide against the Palestinains they automatically label you as "anti-semitic". I too am sick of it. I know the Holocaust was horrible beyond belief but the Zionist are committing the same but in a different way to the Palestinians.
Israel torturing Palestinian child prisoners 4/13/2007
The Palestinians’ suffering at the hands of the Israelis is worse than in any other part of the world. Many of the Palestinian detainees are children, who are subjected to physical and psychological torture by Israeli interrogators and prison guards
Jewish rabbi calls for extermination of all Palestinian males Sep 24, 2006
Yousef Falay, a Jewish rabbi living in the West Bank has called on the Israeli government to use their troops to kill all Palestinian males more than 13 years old in a bid to end Palestinian presence on this earth. He also wrote an article in a Zionist magazine under the title "Ways of War", in which he called for the killing of all Palestinian males refusing to flee their country, describing his idea as the practical way to ensure the non-existence of the Palestinian race.

However, it is abundantly clear that Israel’s undeclared strategy is to uproot every single Palestinian from Palestine in order to fulfill Zionism. And if genocide, or at least a partial genocide, is what it takes to achieve this criminal goal, there is no doubt whatsoever that Israel will, when the time allows, resort to the wildest possible scenarios to achieve its goals. After all, genocide is part and parcel of the Zionist ideology which is based on East European fascist traditions.

“I vow that if I was an Israeli civilian and I met a Palestinian, I would burn him, and I would make him suffer before killing him.” – Areil Sharon Prime Minister of Israel

“We must use terror, assignation, intimidation, land confiscation, and the cutting of all social services to rid “Israel” of its Arab population.” – Israel Koenig

“We have to kill all the Palestinians unless they are resigned to live here as slaves.”

“Even today I am willing to volunteer to do the dirty work for Israel, to kill as many Arabs as necessary, to deport them, to expel and burn them….” – Ariel Sharon Prime Minister of Israel

Hmmmmm and the Zionist cry "anti-semitic"...... I wonder wnder why?

-~ SLAUGHTERING PALESTINIANS AT A RATIO OF 8 vs 1` AND THEN CLAIMING THEY ARE THE VICTIM OF TERROR_ISM AND ANTI+SEMITISM IS SIMPLY LAUGHABLE BY ANY RATIONAL, LOGIC, RELIGION OR CREED. Some Jews may indeed play the Holocaust card, but many anti-Semites play the Zionism card. "Criticism" of Israel has become the new smoke screen which anti-Semites use to give their hatred a semblance of legitimacy. Many answers to this rant illustrate this quite vividly.

The test which distinguishes between a constructive and impartial criticism of Israel as opposed to masked anti-Semitism is very similar to that you would apply to any other country, including the United States. "Criticism of Israel" is in fact anti-Semitism when:

1. It denies Israel the right to exist, either explicitly or implicitly by denying it the right to defend itself against aggression.

2. It legitimizes the advocacy of Israel's destruction on the ground of "pluralism of opinions" or the like.

3. It singles out the Jewish people as the only people in the world who have no right to self-determination.

4. It subjects Israel to vastly different and higher human rights and warfare standards than other countries -- notably, its Arab neighbors.

5. It, despite all the dislaimers, uses the words Israel, Jews, and Zionists interchangeably. All those who say that Muslim extremists hate only Israel and not Jews, I have two words for you: Daniel Pearl.

6. It is bundled up with claims of worldwide Jewish conspiracy and calls for restricting the access by Jews to education and jobs.

7. It presents the Holocaust and the history of persection against the Jews as their own justification -- i.e. if the Jews were treated so badly, they must have deserved it. Almost two million children died in the Holocaust -- what did they ever do to you? Perhaps the religious fundamentalists spewing this idea should ask themselves why THEY are hated so much.

8. It suggests that Jews -- and by extension, Israelis -- have special moral obligations, different from everyone else's, not to resist persecution and aggression, and not to fight for the betterment of their lives. Yes, Saint Mahatma Ghandi, who stated that European Jews in World War II had better suicide themselves, was an anti-Semite (and that statement of his always made me wonder what he, a South African citizen, was doing in India).

the factor is, you do not have any clue relating to the flaws you're criticizing Israel for. The so-observed as Palestinians have not been repatriated because of fact they're getting used as pawns by utilizing the Muslim international. No different clarification might clarify why not one of the different Arab states might enable them to assimilate into their us of a, nor will the Palestinians enable them returned into their territory. As for that's contract coverage, the rustic is theirs, human beings lived there for some years, and all of surprising they have been compelled to pass away without repayment for his or her domicile or land. it would be like if the full burough of long island have been informed that they had a week to pass away. Is there a blockade? sort of. human beings can pass away, yet they could come back via checkpoints. in the event that they did no longer blow human beings up and launch rockets on the Israelis, in line with danger it would be diverse.

I don't care whether i am labelled has anti-Semitic ..(I'm not) but i will have my say and if that offends people then that's just tough! . I dislike the Muslim element's to the troubles just has much has Jews so what label do you give me for being like that?.

The middle east is a mess.both Israeli and Palestinians are too blame - Israeli settlers ignoring laws forbidding expansionist settlements into palistinian west bank - building a peace wall , while Palestinians fight amongst themselves over who's going to rule a ruined society and firing rockets into Israel - Its madness

Well, if you are like Jezza, the 4th answerer.

That's why.

His response was " Jews" this " Jews" that.

Not once did he say Israel.

Israel citizens are not all Jewish.

Israel is far more diverse religiously than most European countries are.

Just go look at the percentage of Christians in most European countries, vs the percentage of non Christians.

Then look at the percentage of Jewish people in Israel vs the percentage of non Jewish people.

Jewism is a religion, Israel is a country.

Alot of people cannot seem to disconnect the two.

I haven't seen anyone mind when people say Israel does this, or Israel does that.

But when you start saying the Jews do this, or the Jews do that.

You are going to be charged with being anti-Semitic.

When Italy does something, no one would ever think of saying, the catholics did this, or the Catholics did that.

They will always say, Italy did this or that.

Well Israel deserves the same courtesy.

Because many Zionists see the political entity that is the State of Israel as "the collective Jew" - and therefore, they intonate that criticism of Israel can be equated with criticism of Judaism.

I'm certain that only a minority of Jewish people believe this, as I don't really understand the logic that allows someone to equate their belief structure with a political entity. But I think that's the answer to your question...

to Jeeper_Peeper
Israel has built itself as a "Jewish country" and in their laws the only ones who have the right to return to the "promised Land" should be a Jew descended from a jewish mother
and the diversity you are talking about is very much a false statement...
Have you ever been to that part of the world? and if you did, have visited both sides? did you ever interacted with people living in Nazareth and asked their openion? and do not tell me that they vote and have memebers in the Israeli Parliment (the Kenneset) because according to the israeli laws they can revoke the emunity given to those members in any suspicioun they might have.
Now if Israel is a diverse country as you say, why the Israeli Arabs are not allowed to be benefited from the laws that are put only to benefit the jewish population for example the newly wed couples and the facilties of long term loans for a house or an appartement... Nazareth is still have the same city boarders since the formation of the Jewish (Israel) State, and the population is twice as big than it was since
In the US, when a big city is saturated they build suburbs, in Israel those suburbs are only for jews, and those suburbs are taken fron the Arabs land
Christians in Israel have been demolishing to less than 2%, they get down to this number only because of the practices of the Jewish (Israeli) Army and Jewish (Israeli) policies that distinguish between its citizens
And yes Israel and Jewish people and other Zionist Media are all encouraging to Label any criticism with "anti-semitic" to distinguish themselves and be above all human laws anywhere anytime...
and before I receive any answers from you guys no body can label me as Anti-Semitic" because I am a descendent from Abraham...

This is more of a statement than a question. I agree that others can make that mistake. They usually are politically misinformed. They may also hold a prejudice because they belong to a group.
