i wanna draw a girl holding the sun's hand...im happy with the idea and have a great desire to draw this picture, but i dont think it will turn out as i want it to be since i have problem directing the sun's light on the girl's face and body...other than that i have problem drawing the sun (with human face), i've practiced on drawing it but it looked like some kinda anime drawing..i want this drawing to be mixture between realism and surrealism...can you guid me?

look at examples. Just surf the net for pictures of drawings showing pictures, I would suggest, religious ones as some have pictures with a bright light hitting their faces and all...hope that helps. I can't really tell you what to do, that's up to you.

It's an interesting idea, and I would try to blend the colors to get the effect you want.
It will have to be surrealistic as there is no realistic way to draw the sun with a face. I would check out various ways the sun can be drawn and pick the one that best suits your style of drawing.
The extent to which your drawing will be realistic will largely depend on how you are able to draw the girl.
What sort of a body are you going to give the sun? How will you transition from the massive thermonuclear engine that is our sun to a human form?
And what will be your backdrop? Use your imagination. It sounds like you have a good one.

look at zindy zones work for inspiration. like you i had an image in my head now it's very to draw something realistic at the top of your head so why not take a picture of the pose you want it may be hard but take a few pics and put it together if you know what i mean. you wont be able to do things like holdings hands WITH the suns hand but use an alternative, shine light upon your face and use it as the suns light. you will get it, dont give up

i am a drawer/painter but not a professional and what you are decribing sounds like what i am facing. it's hard to explain how to direct you to drawing it right but the best way that works for me is...i study the picture hard then i focus on how much i want to draw it then i try my best to draw exactly what it is, shape, size, texture and all it normally works for me depending on how much i really want to draw whatever it may be.
I hope this gives you a little insight about it?=)

you know, i think it would look ok even if the drawing looks anime because, it is a very very very nice idea and no matter how it turns out, you can still try doing it again
